Biografie van Tim de Haan / Dj Alpine

Guitarist and musicproducer Tim the Haan began his musical education as a classic guitarist. Through his large interest for rock and blues music he switched over to the electrical guitar, and by taking lessons from guitar players Remco de Haan and Wietze Koning he eventually took his guitar playing to a level which got him accepted to the Conservatory in Enschede.

Apart from his guitarplaying, Tim produces electronical pop- and new-age music, and releases dance-records under the name of Dj Alpine.
That all began during his school days when Tim was experiencing the creativity of making music by using lots of tools. His passion for electronic music was growing every day. Going by the name of DJ Alpine he produced songs with samples; as time passed he started using more VST instruments. Because of the limitations of these, he decided to buy a professional synthesizer in 2005.
His background in music theory is evident in his dance productions, resulting in rich compositions.
