Biography
Introducing:
Hi, my name is Ricky Rack and Im a Solo Artist, now 26 yrs of age. (Singer/Rapper/Songwriter/Beatmaker/)
Born in South America and from a land called (Suriname).

How did it start?
My passion for music began when I heard Robert Kellys song called
(I Believe I Can Fly) when I was on a small island in the Caribbean which I moved to, at the age of 11 named (Curacao). In a movie theater with my parents watching Space Jam for which the soundtrack belonged to. At that moment I asked my dad who that was, and he told me and bought me his album. I started listening to his music and when I reached the ages of 14/15 then Usher Raymond came out with his album titled My Way and I bought that to. At the same time I was always a Michael Jackson number 1 fan, so when I got older 18 /19 I started singing a bit at home at times when I had time, because I was a top athlete at the time doing Track & Field longmid distance and playing basketball and volleyball at the same time too. So I had a very hard schedule besides school and with my 20th I moved for a better future to The Netherlands to make my dream come true as a professional athlete, but due to circumstances I had injuries and had to stop with track & field. Late 2005 august I met a guy called John JI Harris and joined his group called The Willemstarz new R&B Upcoming Group which I participated in as a singer/rapper. Then in late October my best beloved friend and father passed away.
Thats when my journey began to become the ultimate star that ever lived and to make my dad happy again, thats when I started taking music more seriously and by the year 2007 I went solo to do it my way and started writing new songs and kept on practicing and perfecting myself in what I do and need to do to become the next best.

My passion for music emerged I developed a genuine interest and started to develop myself to become The Next Best Future Artist Entertainer.
My father (may God rest his soul), sang with me at times, inspired me and still continues to inspire me to this day to sing from my soul. I thank God that he has blessed me with such a talented mentor.
My vision of a performing artist is someone who not only can sing and dance but who is also able to communicate the content of the song, the message to the public. An entrepreneur and trendsetter but above all ambitious and not afraid to take that extra risk to stay ahead of the competition and work all the time at his utmost to keep doing the undone. Currently I am looking for a manager/A&R to help me reach further and who truly believes in me and is ready willing and able to join and help me in this journey.

Performances
Ive performed since 2005 till 2007 with the willemstarz we did 6 performances in Holland in our home town Arnhem.
Ive performed as a solo artist 4 times in my home town and the last performance (4th) was on Feb 6th 2009.

My First Album that im working on is titled
The Release of the Future of Music

On my first album I have worked with JI which is a rapper/singer/songwriter.
He has written 5 songs for me (Truth about us/So cold, which is not on the album yet) including: My angel/Sex in the Matrix and Body Like that- ft himself!
And I worked with new Producers too, some from America
And two are from Holland. (B-wild & William Sean) - House djs.
