Biografie van New Fads
The New Fast Automatic Daffodils {also know as New FADS} are an Indie rock band from Manchester, England, who were most successful during the early 1990s. The band's unusual sound included dark and intense elements, influenced perhaps by Joy Division or The Fall, coupled with a funkier, dancey feel reminiscent of the Happy Mondays. The band formed in 1988, when Justin Crawford (bass), Dolan Hewison (guitar) and Perry Saunders (drums) recruited vocalist Andy Spearpoint. A little later Icarus Wilson-Wright joined on percussion.
