Biografie van Edoardo Righini
Edoardo Righini starts playing guitar at age 17, two years later he wins the most prestigious rock prize in Italy: "Arezzo Wave" with the band "Vado Sodo" and tours all trough Italy. Some years later he moves to the Netherlands where he studies at the Conservatory of Music of Amsterdam. During the following years he records and toures with world top jazz musicians such as Mike Mainieri, Mitchel Forman, Terri Lyne Carringhton, Rich Margitza, Darryl Hall, Kim Thompson, Bob Malach, Anne Drummond, Benny Bailey.Edoardo Righini starts playing guitar at age 17, two years later he wins the most prestigious rock prize in Italy: "Arezzo Wave" with the band "Vado Sodo" and tours all trough Italy. He most recently worked with Lenette van Dongen (Tournee 2005-2006) from whom he also produced and recorded her latest CD "Rafels". In 2007 he toured with singer Wende Snijders and Jenny Arrean with the Theater voorstelling "Het Verschil". He appeared in several TV shows like "Paul de Leeuw", "Pauw en Witteman", "Knoop in de Zakdoek" and "Kunstof TV".
Edoardo is currently teaching at The Conservatory of Music of Amsterdam and at the Conservatory of music of Tilburg.
