Alberto, a 16 year old musician from Western Los Angeles, is set to release his major debut, after signing with EMI. As a classically trained musician, he plays with other genres in his flirtacious debut, Cake is Missing. Often incorporating jazz, indie pop, avant-garde modernism and a sensibility that some listeners describe as coquette. Never shy of being eclectic, his natural approach to music helps bring credibility to what he projects. His use of words and coinage of finespun phrases and metaphors help bring subtlety without confusing listeners.
